Fabulous
Great location to enjoy the nearby Plaza
Liked: Location
Liked: Excellent location. Vigo is a clean, attractive city with plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity of the accommodation.
Disliked: all good
Ĥmmm..modest experience
Liked: The property sent an on-.ine chec,ing-in form. I had to fill it ina couple of times in different places. Even then it wasn't clear whether it was recived or not. All this while driving from Porto in difficult weather. No checking-in details were sent until 4pm, rather late in the day. Most properties are easier to access and some are flexible with admission times. This operator assumes wifi is very strong wherever one is. The f.at itself was fine. I was out ear.y in the morning, so not much value
Disliked: An external window blind was largely pulled down, so.ittle natural light was admitted. No obvious way of moving it. No kettle.
Disliked: I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with the host and the way this situation was handled. We were supposed to check in at 4:00 PM, and I contacted the host several times in advance to ask for the instructions needed to access the apartment. Unfortunately, they repeatedly took 2–3 hours to respond. When we still had not received the necessary instructions, I had to call them myself at 4:20 PM to explain that we needed the information in order to enter the apartment. Only after my phone call did they finally send the instructions. This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconvenient, especially considering that the agreed check-in time had already passed. The communication with the host was very poor, and their attitude was neither helpful nor courteous. I have used Booking.com many times and have never experienced such unprofessional treatment before. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not meet the standard of service I would expect from an accommodation listed on Booking.com.
Liked: It's the best place to get to know the city center.
Disliked: The internet wasn't good enough for work, and the bed was too soft.
Liked: The location was great
Disliked: An extra towel would have been great. No wine glasses, only a few cups in the cupboard. The bed was on the small side. Thought about moving to the single bed, but it wasn’t made up.
