Exceptional
Liked: Nice apartment, close to the centre. Access to the building is a big awkward but worth it when you get in.
Nice apartment, but very noisy
Liked: We did not meet the staff, so I can't comment on that. We found the apartment easily enough. Lots of directions and codes for the keys, but it all worked out well. We parked in the alloted spot in the underground garage, which was free. The apartment itself was very clean, smelled great upon walking in. The main and only bedroom had a comfortable bed with plenty of storage. Towels were fluffy and scented and enough for our two nights stay. There was also a comfortable pull out sofa bed for the third guest. The kitchen did not have a kettle. We searched but did not find any. There was a coffee machine with lots of capsules and tea, sugar etc. Lots of cleaning supplies and cooking supplies like pots and pans, oil and salt. Paper kitchen towels were missing as well. In all, it is a complete apartment and well taken care of. We didn't use most of the items, so just cleaned up our plates and arranged everything back to how it was.
Disliked: The noise from the bar(s) downstairs. There is no insulation, unfortunately. The first night, the noisy people at the bar(s) stopped at around 4am. The second night at 5:30 am, so we didn't sleep both nights. We could not keep the balcony doors open for this reason. The tenants in the above apartment were also noisy (walking with heels/shoes and sounds of furniture being moved around).
Excellent experience in Vigo
Liked: Thé central location, the parking space in the building, the very well equipped kitchen….the safe and lively neighbourhood….
Disliked: There is a little bit of street noise on Saturday night, but it didn’t affect our sleep….
Classy apartment
Liked: The apartment was beautifully presented and oozed quality. Instructions were very thorough and the secure parking was a bonus
Disliked: Nothing really but some dishwashing detergent and a kettle would have been useful

A very large, comfortable & attractive apartment in a central location (note: with bars & nightclubs)
Liked: Very large and attractive apartment in a location close to the station, city centre & waterfront. The apartment was very clean & furnished/equipped to a high specification. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, & we really appreciated the dishwasher & washing machine. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The apartment is in an area of bars & night clubs; it was noisy until the early hours on Friday & Saturday. Ear plugs were useful! Some folding chairs for the lovely balcony would be useful. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but we missed a traditional espresso maker (there was only a pod machine). A casserole dish for the oven would be helpful, & pegs for the clothes rack. The staff member who contacted us was very pleasant, but (as other reviewers have said) there were too many separate & uncoordinated communications - it was quite cumbersome & confusing. The online check-in was time consuming to complete & confusing, as not fully translated into English. Streamlining the communication would help guests. But it’s a great apartment & good value.
