Exceptional
Amazing - would recommend to anyone travelling to Vigo!
Liked: The location was fantastic, the apartment was beautiful and completely spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive to all queries. I have severe food allergies and she made every effort to make me feel safe and comfortable. Can't recommend enough!
Perfect place
Liked: some snacks were provided for new comers, that was supersizing for us
Disliked: Every thing was perfect
For the price we paid, we could not ask for anything better
Liked: We only paid 54 Euros for one night including pet. The location was perfect. It has free parking and it was quiet. We don't speak Spanish very well but the host was very helpful.
Disliked: The shower water was a little low but no big deal.
Functional, but not ideal
Liked: It’s on the big pedestrian plaza, which has no traffic but is noisy with bars and restaurants. However, the window opens into I narrow alley that is quieter than the plaza. The window quality is high, so it was quiet inside. It was CLEAN, the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The checkin instructions were clear.
Disliked: The bed is against a wall on two sides. If there are two in the bed, one person must climb over the other to get in and out of bed. The sofa bed, when used as a couch, was so uncomfortable it is functionally unusable. There is no bedside reading lamp. There is no usable bedside outlet. As I said, the window faces a very narrow alley and has no view. There is a second window but it doesn’t open and the glass is painted over.
Vigo Spot
Liked: Staff was excellent. Very responsive, made self check in a breeze and accommodating. The spot is in a great location, well appointed, comfortable and overall great value.
Disliked: This is not a "didn't like." It's a "be aware." Shower hot water takes a few minutes to heat up. After it's warm and cozy there is plenty to take a great shower.

Liked: Very nice facilities. Everything you could need. Great location.
Disliked: 1) no check in email was received. We couldn't get into the apartment as this required a lock box key code that we did not have. When we phoned the phone number provided by Booking.com the person we spoke to did not speak English to a level to easily resolve matters. It was a huge struggle. 2) there was no WiFi password anywhere. Once again, we had huge difficulties communicating over the phone about this. Suggest putting a notice on the wall with the WiFi password.
