Exceptional
Beautiful place with a wonderful hostess
Liked: Mónica was the best hostess ever. She was on top of everything, giving wonderful advice and really making you feel part of the family.
Disliked: Nothing
Great stop off to break up a long journey, just off the motorway
Liked: It was our second trip to this rural house. The first time, we enjoyed the sheer silence, peace and tranquility. It is less than 5 minutes from the Motorway, so a perfect location for touring travelers like us. Breakfast was bread, cake, home made jam and biscuits with fruit and coffee. The local community bars and shop is just over a mile away (1.8k) with very friendly locals, mostly speaking good English which is good for us that can only Speak basic Spanish. Playa Espana beach is well worth a visit and a lovely drive down where we took some sensational pictures. Car parking is very safe as it has a gate for security.
Disliked: Although in no way Monicas fault, there is a new built house opposite with a horrible yap, yap, yap dog. It did not stop barking which meant on this trip, we could not sit in peace on the balcony as the dog never stopped barking for hours. We would have drowned out the noise with the TV, but that did not work. Everything else was wonderful.
Nice location and very nice staff
Liked: The staff is very welcoming. There is a nice garden and a common area with sofa and kettle for hot beverages accessible to guests.
Disliked: The breakfast starts at 9 am, a bit late if you want to leave early in the morning. However it is very good with coffee, milk, orange juice, warm bread, homemade biscuit, cake and jams.

Special place in the country
Liked: We loved this house in rural Spain. Monica was the perfect hostess. She made her own bread, cakes and jam that we had for breakfast. The stars at night were so bright whilst we sat on the balcony watching with a bottle of wine. We decided to have a drive around the country roads and only 5 minutes away, we found a beautiful beach with a very large beach bar next to it. We highly recommend a couple of nights here to get away from it all. Special mention to Chipi the dog.
