  Disappointing

  Liked: Good location, clean rooms and hotel in general

  Disliked: Boring, unsatisfying and repetitive meals included in the booking. Too many rules for the hotel facilities that were meant to be for the customers. Some (not all) of the staff members rude towards customers with distinction on rudeness to the woman that was meant to be terrace bar manager.

  It was an ok experience

  Liked: Staff members were very nice and helpful Hotel and room were very pretty

  Disliked: We pay the all inclusive package but not everything was included. Some food, and cocktails wasn’t included, even though we paid a lot for the all inclusive The pool was a little bit small, didn’t have enough chaise longs for everyone, and most of the activities were children focus. As a young couple i would recommend an adult only hotel than this. Also the staff mention that hotel had a small “space” at the beach We went there, the bar only opened at 16:00 so we stayed on the chaise longes until the guy came and then he told that they didn’t had cocktails (mind you that in the hotel we had cocktails and food “free”) and we need to pay to stay on the chaise longs? It was a lot unfair since we had all inclusive Also the hotel have a spa, and was a little bit small and expensive we took a 65€ treatment that was a little bit mid, and more 8€ to go on the spa (and confirm at least 2 times your reservation on the spa because they overbooked ours and we almost hadn’t the massage) - but the people there were very nice though In short, it was an ok experience, the breakfast, lunch and dinner were ok, missing a little bit of variety It was a very clean hotel, no complains about that
