Good location & very clean & spacious

Disliked: We were told initially there was no parking for the duration of our stay.. then asked the following day and got parking no problem!

Liked: I liked the overall ambience of the room and the in-room facilities and responsive staff. 🙂

Disliked: Everything is good just a suggestion to also place a portable fan in the room.

Terrible experience at Libere Vitoria. Do not book here!

Liked: The apartment and location were good but over priced

Disliked: I have been travelling from Spain to UK for the last 14 years and always used Booking.com without any problem. As usual I request parking and let the property know I have 2 dogs. We arrived at property and they wanted payment for dogs, but said parking was unavailable. It took us an hour to negotiate the one way systems to find parking at an extra cost of 26 euro and then carry our cases and dogs for 10 minutes to hotel I am absolutely disgusted that they received my message regarding the dogs but negated to tell me we would not have parking. If they had we would have cancelled and found elsewhere. To let all those travelling with dogs know it was an exorbitant extra 44 euro on top of the 162 euro for the room. This is a total of 232 euro for 1night, NO Breakfast. BeWARE BOOKING AT THIS PREMISIS. I NEVER USUALLY LEAVE REVIEWS. I hope booking.com will compensate me. I will be leaving this review on trip adviser and other platforms!

A bit off Center, but good value for money (if they change the living room sofas!)

Liked: A bit off the centre, but still walkable distance. Super convenient with the supermarket downstairs. The staff is very responsive to complaints and requests

Disliked: The sofa in the living room is just dreadful, you get no sleep whatsoever due to lack of comfort. Washer/dryer has its moods:).

Liked: Rooms is nice, modern and comfy, we got a room with separate bedroom. Position is central and easy to get around. Remote assistance from host is quick and effective, there is also a reception on site. There is a parking inside the building, I would recommend to get a place inside by booking it with them (15 euro/day) because on the street it's simply impossible to park.

Disliked: More kitchen equipment, like pots, saucepans and tablecloth. More cleaning stuff like brooms and cleaning cloth. Missing any cooking stuff like salt oil cofee tea... everything so buy it all or take them with you.
