Fabulous
Comfortable, modern space in a great location
Liked: Spacious, recently renovated,clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: Checking in process is clumsy. But once we found a staff member, all was fine.
Von Hotelbesitzerin beschimpft, beledigt, gestalkt und eingeschlossen!
Disliked: Die Besitzerin ist unverschämt, beleidigend und unter jedem Niveau. Sie hat mich von einer Angestellten regelrecht verfolgen lassen, weil ich einen Zahlungslink verlangt habe, den Sie mir zuvor telefonisch zugesichert hatte und aufgrund von einem Termin beim Check-out nicht warten konnte, bis ihr Kartengerät geladen war! Die Reinigungsfrau ist ausserdem unerlaubt während meiner Abwesenheit ins Studio gekommen, obwohl ich ihr dies ausdrücklich untersagt hatte. Die Besitzerin hat mich beleidigt, angeschrieen, mich von ihrer Mitarbeiterin verfolgen lassen und behauptet zu allem Übel nun noch, ich sei nie dagewesen! Eine andere Mitarbeiterin hat mich in ein anderes Gebäude geführt, wo die Besitzerin 3x reinkam, um sicherzugehen, dass ich sofort zahle! Wer die Gäste als "Dieb" und "Betrüger" beschimpft, ist aus meiner Sicht ungeeignet, ein Hotel zu führen. Ich war kurz davor, die Polizei zu rufen,aufgrund von Verleumdung, Stalking und Behauptung unwahrer Tatsachen. Sie scheint das Geld bitter nötig zu haben, so wie sie sich aufgeführt hat. Eine derartige Eskalation und Stalking habe ich in meiner gesamten Booking Zeit noch nie erlebt! Ich bin immer noch geschockt und fassungslos.

Liked: Everything was great. Simple, clean, comfortable, nice design, super location, close to the public parking.

Absolutely stunning apartments in a great location
Liked: Such beautiful well equipped large rooms.
Disliked: Having to call to be provided with entry number. Not a huge problem but would have been easier having it sent via text.
