Very good
Liked: Great location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: No bed linen on 2 of the beds during our stay. Could have been cleaner. Couple of areas of dust and dirt in the bedrooms.
The property is perfectly placed for the plaza and having three bedrooms is good value for money
Liked: The property was well placed, clean and spacious.
Disliked: My wife and I normally stay in the hotel itself but unfortunately there was no availability. The hotel has a lift which is ideal when you are in your late 70’s. However the apartment was up four flights of stairs, a little trying with luggage.
Horrible experience
Liked: Highly central, located right in the main square. The team was fantastic, exceptionally friendly, and always helpful. A nice touch—while it could be improved slightly, it features fresh orange juice and a good selection of breads.
Disliked: The apartment was visibly dirty, including the floors, countertops, and even the fridge door. The bathroom door was broken, and the front door had a weak, poorly patched lock that looked like it had been forced open in the past. All furnishings are old, deteriorating, and urgently need renovation. The kitchen lacks basic equipment and the TV was ridiculously small; overall a disaster and best avoided.

Disliked: If you’re coming with lots of bags, it may be significant that there’s no elevator to get to the second floor and that parking is a bit tricky in the area. The single beds were uncomfortable. We also could not connect to the Internet.
