  Great location, comfy bed

  Liked: The location is great and the beds are super comfy. The kitchenette is handy and comes well-equipped.

  Disliked: I stayed here 2 years ago and came back thinking it was a great hotel but they’ve started to let things slip with general maintenance such as damaged curtain/chair and the shower is a real pain. Not sure I’d stay again sadly as it’s much pricier than it was 2 years ago too. The shower soaks the entire bathroom floor, where they’ve gone for a washroom style I just wets the entire floor and the floor towel they provide is useless. They come to clean in the morning but the floor towel is just sodden and there’s pools of water in places still. They might consider putting a floor squeegee in each bathroom to help this. The fridge could do with a little freezer box as it’s a location you’d visit while it’s hot but it’s not a dealbreaker.

  A lovely place to stay

  Liked: The room had everything we needed and there was a supermarket across the road. We were there in early season, so not many restaurants open; but it didn't matter, a quick shop and back to our room. Everything included to cook a meal; and, as a nice touch, we were even serenaded by a violinist playing at the hotel across the road. We only stayed 2 nights, but if we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be back.

  Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.
