Exceptional
Very comfortable
Liked: The host super helpful, very timely response. The kitchen got everything u possibly need for a decent cooking. As it’s mentioned in many reviews, there’s no ac in the bedroom, which could be a problem in the summer time since it’s kinda humid and the fan doesn’t really cool down the room and the ac in the living is not strong enough to cool down the whole house. But overall, the house is spacious, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Maybe an ac in the bedroom would be better.

Comfortable and a good price
Liked: Clean, easy walking to sites of interest. Host was very responsive.
Clean and functional
Liked: When you walk in the apartment the first thing you notice in the small kitchen. But once you start using it you realise how functional it is. Nothing is missing. Big fridge, then a laundry machine and a dishwasher too. The later is needed since there is no place to put a dish drying rack. Plenty of pots and pans, coffeemaker, kettle and even an airfryer. Never used such before but really liked it for a quick meal fix. We found the place clean and tidy. Communications with the host were perfect. The only thing for us was the noise coming from the apartment above. Not the hosts problem, but if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early, as we do, that could be a problem. But if you are young or go to bed around midnight you may not notice it. Very central too. Minutes from Plaza de España. The bonus is the big grocery store around the corner and multiple cafés, bars and restaurants.
Disliked: Not the hosts issue, but it was quite noisy for old people like us.
My dislikes are minor. This was a very pleasant comfortable stay in a fairly quiet street and we would definitely book
Liked: This apartment is extremely well organised with just about everything you need. A tiny but well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and more than adequate storage space for clothes. We really appreciated the excellent security. Clever lock on the door! Good bathroom and plenty of hot water.
Disliked: We don’t like to use air conditioning so had the windows open, which was a bit noisy. The clever pull out table is extremely stiff. On my own I wouldn’t have been able to adjust it. Maybe just needs lubrication. A little more crockery and cutlery would be useful for running the dishwasher. Otherwise you running half empty, so not economical. The coffee maker seal is not good and it leaks.
Highly recommended, everything you need great location would stay again
