Exceptional
Liked: The apartment is clean and well kept
Disliked: The management team of this apartment behaved in a very unprofessional and misleading way. They notified us the night before our arrival about a pest control visit happening on our second day, and when we requested more information and even tried to reach out to the actual owner, they were unresponsive. It was only a minute after the pest control lady left the next day, that they replied. As they have access to camera footage in the building, we were confused whether the timing was simply a coincidence or deliberate. They offered to partly compensate us €50 which we still haven't received two months after our stay. We contacted Booking.com twice who reached out to them on our behalf. They denied to Booking that any issue was raised, or promise made though we have WhatsApp conversations providing proof of this.
Liked: Terrace and apartments are very clean and modern. Had everything we needed and a very good central location.
A perfect stay in the heart of Zaragoza — beautiful space, amazing terrace, and an overall fantastic experience
Liked: The apartment was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The terrace was definitely the highlight — spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the center of Zaragoza with easy access to restaurants, shops, and sights. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, which made everything even easier.
Disliked: Honestly, nothing major. Everything met or exceeded expectations. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer

A beautiful Easter vacation
Liked: Clean, convenient, friendly host who was very accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags off early so we could enjoy Zaragoza before checking in at 3:00.
Disliked: It would be nice to have some spices for cooking in the kitchen. But we really enjoyed the Nespresso. Thank you so much for that.
