Very good
Perfect for a short stay
Liked: Situated a short walk from the historic sites, friendly staff, clean and bright rooms.
Disliked: All good.
Bed bugs galore
Liked: It looked nice, and the staff was friendly
Disliked: A bed bugs nightmare. During the night and the next day I developed bug bites. It started around the neck area that touches the pillow and then in other parts of the body. I would like a refund. That's the minimum one could expect.
Liked: Adequate bedroom
Disliked: Roadworks outside. Not a great deal.in the area. Flats rather than rooms. No kettle.
Smart hotel with good parking facilities. Close to the Old Town
Liked: Excellent parking facilities and close to the old Town. Everything was good in the room. Generally, good value.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel but difficult access due to long standing road works and civil engineering project. Buffet breakfast a bit limited.
Liked: Everything
Disliked: Lift too small to take my folding chair open
