Exceptional
Liked: We had a wonderful stay here! The loft is bright, clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus. The bus into town was also very easy to catch, which made getting around simple. The owner was exceptionally kind and responsive. He even helped us carry our bags to our car down the street, which was incredibly thoughtful. A few small things could make the stay even better: a couple of dish towels and a few more kitchen utensils would be useful. The air conditioning was a little underpowered for the large space, although we were visiting during unusually extreme August heat. The owners thoughtfully provided a Dyson fan, which was excellent—very effective and wonderfully quiet. Perhaps another fan to help circulate the air would be helpful during very hot weather. Overall, these were minor issues, and we were very happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very pleasant stay
Liked: The host was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The desk was very comfortable for work. The 2 sets of keys were very practical for our trip (small details that go a long way)
Disliked: The main downside was that the AC required a lot of time to take the temperature down; we arrived late at night (during a heatwave), and it was difficult to fall asleep with the high temperatures
Loved the city, loved the place and if/when I come back to Zaragoza, I would stay in this same place
Liked: The location, easy of access, the place matched the information in booking.com. The host was prompt in addressing questions and very friendly. Gave me information about public transportation and even left a bus card. Also a lot of tourist information was available in the apartment.
Disliked: Everything was good. I, personally, did not see anything that need improvement

Liked: Fantastic apartment with everything you need. Miguel was very helpful.Location was close to bus stop which was great for getting around Zaragoza. Excellent service.

Liked: host was present to explain everything and even helped us with local transport and other questions. although have to travel a bit to the old town but the bus stop was near the apartment block and travelling was a cinch. the view from the room at sunset and sunrise was fantastic. the apartment is really very spacious and a very good size. bed is comfortable, good, clean sheets and duvet. washing machine was also available. the cooking facilities, the pots, pans were clean and excellent
Disliked: maybe the microwave walls need a bit of cleaning.
