Fabulous
Great location but the facilities are not in great shape
Liked: The location is great, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean.
Disliked: The room was very hot, and the AC wasn't working. Also, the toilet was not flushing. The fitness room is poor.
Nice city hotel perfect for short stays
Liked: The hotel is located very near the main attractions of Zaragoza, mainly the Basilica del Pilar and Cathedral. Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. Parking was around the corner, within the hotel premises. Our room was quiet, rather small, with a view to a neighboring school. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: In our view, there was nothing we didn't like. Stays longer than one or two nights would probably make you feel confined to your room.

Great location but needs fine tuning
Liked: Breakfast was ok…the room was a bit harsh. It reminded me of a cafeteria not a restaurant
Disliked: Lounge area was awful. The furniture was virtually unuseable. The depth of the seating was so deep and low it is impossible to sit and have a cocktail or use any of the small tables adjacent. Unless you are very tall it’s very difficult for anyone to get up off the furniture without help, especially for an older person. Get rid of it asap.
NH Zaragoza is the place to go! SUPERB!
Liked: The rooms views we got were AMAZING!! Location and staff are above everyone else. Diego at the front desk is the best I’ve seen in years! Very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help and give us tips to many places and sightseeing. He’s just an amazing guy!
