Honestly some of the best accommodation I've ever had. I would definitely book again
Liked: The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There's a sink and a TV, a desk, closet, and best of all a heater making it so comfortable when it gets cold. I appreciated the sink in the bedroom so I could brush my teeth or do my makeup in my room. I was so grateful for the stable and fast wifi because I had do some work and video calls during my stay and I had no problems with it. The bathroom was clean and always supplied with soap and toilet paper. There is a small shared "living space" with some chairs, as well as a coffee machine (1€) and filtered water. I didn't have the coffee, but it's a nice touch. The building is secure with a fob key to enter the building and a key for the room. The staff (in the building across the street) were so nice and accommodating. Although this pension is a bit far from the bus/train station, the public transportation system in Zaragoza is reliable, so it's not a problem (there's also Uber). And all of this for a very good price.

Liked: Cosy, comfortable. Clean and well-kept place. Room with bed, closet, desk, TV and a private sink (shared toilet / bath outside room). Provided towel + a nice caramel:)
Liked: Staff was super helpful. It was perfect for a budget option.
Disliked: When I requested cleaning, it never happened. That would be my only complaint.
