  Perfect city centre stay

  Liked: Location in the centre of a busy cit. Within walking distance - steps - of cafes, bars, shops, etc. Apartment resonably quiet given the location, efficient aircon so flat didn't overheat. well equipped for a few days stay.

  Liked: Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, washing machine offered drying facilities, compact kitchen. There were lockers for cases and sofas to wait in the lobby on the ground floor.

  Disliked: It was all good. It would have been helpful to have a kettle for tea-making, but it wasn't essential.

  Liked: Fantastic location to in the heart of the city. Stayed here as halfway point on drive from Alicante to Bilbao. Travelling with a baby and didn’t want to stay in a hotel so this was ideal. Communication with hosts was very good with clear details on check in were provided before hand. The apartment was modern with excellent facilities. Al Campo supermarket a couple of doors down. Parking was just a 4 min walk away.

  Disliked: There is a coffee machine there, it would have been nice if a capsule or 2 had been left for us to use. Also I understand checkout is 11am. We had a lot of luggage to bring down to the car, at 11.01 I returned to collect the remaining bags and the door code had changed and I was locked out. Luckily the host Maria was available on the phone and helped instantly but I think a 5 minutes grace period to allow for getting the luggage out should be allowed. Other than that I would highly recommend this apartment

  Nice but

  Liked: Property was located in a central location so easy to walk to almost anything that you wanted to visit. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist sites. Having an elevator was nice. The arrival of Eclipse glasses was a bonus but arrived after we had already left for the day of touring and Eclipse viewing.

  Disliked: I was disappointed in the apartment maintenance. There were multiple little items that should have been repaired. We could never get the AC to cool the apartment enough to be truly comfortable. But the most aggravating was the door handle on the hall bath did not engage enough to be able to get out of the bathroom if you had securely closed the door. We had some tape so we taped the door handle so that it wouldn't latch into the door frame. Another thing, that I just remembered, was the floor lamp in a bedroom. The base and upright stem of the lamp were so loose that I had to lean the lamp against the desk to keep if from falling over. All of these items were easily identified and should have been addressed before occupancy.
