Exceptional
Liked: Great location! Property owners were very communicative. The notebook of recommendations was very helpful. We were able to rent bikes for free with the app recommendation.
Liked: Excellent location, decent sized apartment with many facilities, just what we needed!!! There was also the arcade, which was great!!!
Excellent property with comfortable facilities
Liked: Lovely place, clean and comfortable. Good facilities, including washing machine and little extras. Good communication. Nice city. Good location although not completely central and 30 min walk to the palace. Would stay there again.
Disliked: Access was a bit tricky at the beginning and the buzzer didn't always work to get in but we managed. Pricier compared to other places we've stayed in a similar location in other places in Spain.
difficult to open doors locks
Liked: cleaning and position
Disliked: too difficult to open front door and apartment door. After a long trip it is not nice to fight against a lock with a link that doesn t work, mail, whatsapp message and staff phone call. in any case staff approach is collaborative.
Last minute cancellation with no reason!
Disliked: The host cancelled the reservation at 1:30pm of the check-in date - this means few hours before our arrival, while we were on travel. No motivation was provided. This was a great problem as we had to find a last-minute accommodation while on travel.
Lift broken
Liked: The communication was very good, the apartment was clean, plenty of toilet paper. Great location, bed was comfortable, well supplied kitchen. Washing machine is modern and clean. The gaming machine is a nice touch.
Disliked: The main reason we booked this apartment was the lift as advertised in the listing. Both of us have injuries that make stairs difficult. The lift is broken and has been for some time, this is not acceptable, don't advertise something you don't have. The couch is uncomfortable with no back support. The shower nossle holder was faulty and needed to be screwed in to hold it in one place - I fixed it. But I should not have to fix this. The terrace below our apartment is nice for the guests staying there, but not so nice when the smoke from their cigarettes floats upwards and enters our apartment, when meant the windows were closed the entire time. The wifi was rubbish, it kept cutting out, still connected to the SSID but no internet. However the most annoying thing is the stupid electronic lock, everytime we tried to come back in it was drama. The worst time last night, I tried for 5 minutes and could not get it to work fortunately a resident let me in the door. I have no issues with electronic locks,.... As long as they work
