Fabulous
Great stay in Zaragoza
Liked: Location is perfect. AC is a blessing!
Disliked: Not a big issue, but you have to go to a different location (about 2 blocks away) to check in and get the keys. Overall not a big problem, but with 40 degrees Celsius, carrying suitcases and with kids, this can be a chore.
A spacious, comfortable flat in a perfect location
Liked: The location is fabulous, the view from the balcony is superb. The flat is spacious and pleasantly furnished, with plenty of natural light and electric light. Very clean. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed. No little single-use plastic bottles for toileries, instead, two big bottles of supermarket shampoo and shower gel - perfectly adequate and ecological. In walking distance of innumerable good eating places, and all the major monuments.
Disliked: It looks very well equipped - a full kitchen, with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dish washer. But on inspection, there were one or two items missing - simple things, cheaply bought, which would have improved the experience. There was washing up liquid, but no sponge or cloth, and no tea towel. An oven, but no casserole dishes. (I bought a sponge, and some detergent for the washing machine - please leave these for the next guests, and don’t, erm, confiscate them! Thank you). A couple of cushions on the sofa would help people like me with a bad back. But apart from this it was very well equipped.
Best Location
Liked: The location was SPECTACULAR!…. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and a great place to have as a base to explore lovely ZGZ
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and some areas slightly worn… but did I mention the location was spectacular
Great location,maintenance lacking
Liked: The location is perfect. To find the key and then find the hotel was difficult. Parking is far away,so travel light.Toilet seat was totally broken off. Check in is 14;00,but cleaners only finished at 17:00
Disliked: Keys at different locatipn,lack of basic maintenance. Check in was at 17:00 instead of 14:00. Parking was not close to apartment
Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Getting the keys was trouble. The road to the front desk was under construction and GPS wanted to take us down the wrong way. A door code would be so much easier. The address to the actual apartment was difficult to find as well
Great location, but spend your time outside
Liked: The location couldn't be better, just off the main plaza with a great view of the Basilica del Pilar.
Disliked: The apartment was a little run down. There baseboards had been shoddily repaired and the door frame fell apart when we closed the door to the bedroom.
