Good
Liked: For the price, it wasn't a bad hotel. Bed was soft, there was a nice balcony and the hotel was easy to find. The shower also had great water pressure and temperature.
Disliked: This isn't a 4 star hotel. Everything is worn/broken, the rooms are very noisy and you also hear a lot of noise from the street. The AC was broken as well, while the hotel did promise to have air conditioning. Flushing the toilet only worked sometimes. 30 years ago, this was probably a very beautiful luxury hotel, but right now it feels more like a second-rate provincial hotel in Belarus.
A clean and comfortable hotel, but the poor communication, parking arrangements, and unfriendly staf
Liked: The bed was spacious and comfortable, the shower was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was decent, and everything was very clean and well-maintained.
Disliked: I don't understand why parking cannot be reserved in advance when booking a room. Moreover, the parking area is difficult to access. We were also assigned a room with three separate beds without being asked about our preferences, and when we requested a double bed, we were told that the hotel doesn't receive this information from Booking.com. Communication clearly needs to improve, and guests should be asked about their bed preferences. Finally, some staff members were quite unpleasant, preferring to argue and justify issues rather than simply acknowledge concerns and try to resolve them. Guests should feel listened to, not as though they are being unreasonable for making a simple request.
It's nice!
Liked: Room size is good. I specifically picked this hotel, location is close to the bus station. They let us checked in a lil bit early ( our bus arrived really early as scheduled). Front desk personnel are nice and friendly.
Disliked: The lady in pool area strictly enforced us to wear swimming cap ( €3/person) while 6 people not wearing any cap. Be consistent.
Pleasant 4* hotel with indoor pool, jacuzzi & sauna
Liked: Staff were pleasant. Our room had a lovely bathtub with plenty of hot water. Very good free Wi-fi. There is very large dining area/ bar & lounge with pool tables and other games. 1 of the highlights was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is right next to a bus stop (for connections from/to Barcelona) and a 10 minute walk from the attractive town centre.
Disliked: It would be nice if rooms could be provided with tea/coffee facilities.
