Liked: It’s in the very centre (but that comes with disadvantages too). Staff at the reception was incredibly helpful. We could store our luggage there after our checkout.

Disliked: Our price was quite high in the season and breakfast was not included, neither was the spa. It wasn’ t possible to open the windows at night as it is a busy street and you can hear noise from the street (especially car engines).

The hotel was in the nice area and overall was a good stay

Liked: The front desks Joana was an absolute sweetheart, took her time to show where everything was located in the hotel, gave the local map to navigate, so nice and sweet. The spa area was nice as well.

Disliked: The breakfast, although a lot of items to choose from at the buffet, was very mediocre. The food was tasteless for the most part. Fell like canned food warmed up. Coffee was ok

  A great stay overall

Liked: Good location. 13 minutes from bus station. Very clean, quiet and helpful staff. Good air conditioning.

Disliked: The mattress could have been more comfortable. A kettle would have been nice.
