Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: The process of welcoming guests, check in at reception, delivering luggage to the room, and parking vehicles is excellently organized. We figured out on our own that breakfast could be ordered à la carte, the restaurant staff didn’t mention it at all. There is a very convenient elevator that leads directly to the main street and the shopping center. We also received a nice card offering an additional discount for shopping.
Beautiful hotel
Liked: Location, staff and room were outstanding
Fantastic! Highly recommended. I am planning to come back with family
Liked: Breakfast buffet and hotel restaurant were exceptional
Disliked: I didn’t like the lighting in my room. Very minor issue compared to the wonderful accommodations overall
Perfection on earth… from the minute we arrived
Liked: The beauty of the area and hotel upon arrival was made even more perfect by the incredible welcome at the ecquiste front desk by Tiago and Nuno. Every single detail from check-in, valet parking, our spacious and well thought out room with a lovely amenities, a bed and linens we still think of, the location, the grounds that felt like a park, the food, breakfast buffet and service..Perfection in every way.
Disliked: My only complaint was we had to leave!
Good hotel near the center of Andorra la Vella
Liked: Very friendly staff, 2 pools, 2 padel courts, good breakfast.
Disliked: It’s a bit outdated, restaurant Pergola is good but expensive for what they offer. Waiters are friendly but look stressed.
Liked: Everything
Disliked: No lock on the bathroom door. No car charging station or 220 V outlet.
