  Liked: Cannot fault this hotel. We had a room with a small terrace overlooking the slopes- perfect. The included buffet breakfast was fantastic- everything you could possibly want. The hotel staff were all very helpful. We had the buffet dinner one night - again lots of choice and very good value. Lovely area for walking.

  The hotel where we would love to come again and again

  Liked: Lovely hotel surrounded by mountains and nature. Extremely professional and friendly staff. Good facilities for the children. Awesome dinners. Brilliant cleaning. Good soundproof in the rooms. Large free parking.

  I will def come back:)

  Liked: Amazing breakfast, the game room downstairs, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The view was relaxing. We also booked a horse riding class which was really interesting. The lady in charge was nice and takes good care of the horses!

  Disliked: If there were double beds, it would be my number one destination for a chill and romantic stay! Otherwise, nothing to say!!

  Liked: The view of the room is outstanding The facility is amazing The food is amazing, specially we are celiac. The staff in the restaurant is very friendly

  Disliked: My daughter is only 8 months old. We had stayed only one night in the hotel and this is our first time here. The baby crib mattress has fallen to the ground and it has costed my baby hurt herself on her head and her body. When I informed to the receptionist we did not receive a apologies. And after crying for 30 mins my baby finally fell asleep in the floor with pillows she told me to move her into another crib to sleep, and her attitude was like: well…that’s your problem if you choose not to put her inside the crib that’s your choice.” It was really disappointing. And it was really unprofessional. It’s not fair and should not be taking care in this way. Plus we were charged more than what we reserved online because they informed we booked the crib for the baby. It was really not a good solution after a baby fallen to the ground and you just told parents up to you we already brought you the crib. Please do keep this notice and please improve your customer service thanks!
