  Nice apartment but confusing check in

  Liked: Clean and comfy apartment in a cute section of town. Nice to have a kitchen and washing machine/dryer.

  Disliked: A very confusing check in process. It took us over an hour to find the place to pick up the keys. We went to at least 3 different locations to try to find the right one.

  OKish with minor issues

  Liked: The apartment had almost all we need

  Disliked: We had issues during check in as a key was left in the different locker. Floor/furniture was quite old and required maintenance.

  Liked: El apartamento estaba limpio y cómodo y era todo lo que necesitábamos. Eramos 4 personas y estuvimos todos estupendamente.

  Disliked: El parking de los apartamentos es un poco dificil de encontrar. Las indicaciones que da el staff no son lo suficientemente claras. Te dicen que el parking esta al lado de la mercería, y claro, tu buscas una mercería- osea una tienda que vende hilos, accesorios, etc. Pero resulta que mercería es el nombre del edificio. Es bastante confuso. Creo que deberia de haber una guia con fotografias para evitar confusiones. Otra cosa: tardan mucho para devolver la fianza y eso genera un poco de estrés.

  Great location for ski gondola, noisy and compact but perfect for ski holiday

TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+15 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

CLEANING:

Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.

Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

SERVICES:

A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)
