  Liked: Easy access to the slopes and a gondola or a lift from the ski locker rooms. Cafe, ski rental, bar, restaurant and spa all close by. Luxury rooms and lounge area. Amazing tea, coffee facilities provided. Friendly staff who took the time to help us out throughout our stay.

  Very modern and comfortable apartment, great location!

  Liked: The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and the VIP Residences team were friendly and accommodating.

  Disliked: The only two issues we had were that the safe was broken so we couldn't secure our personal belongings and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

  Beautiful flat in front of the slopes

  Liked: Beautiful space, fantastic living room with fireplace to relax, ski-in ski-out location.

  Disliked: Cleaning was not consistent in terms of time, duration, and result, although staff was more than polite and helpful and super sweet

  A 10 for family stay

  Liked: The apartment is very nice and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need with warm details and high quality. The staff is very helpful and always there. For family with kid(s) it’s 100 times better than a five star hotel.

  Disliked: Not really. The only but might be that they use some warm blankets and carpet with materials such as mohair. It’s of high quality and very soft and comfortable but the material itself sheds.
