Fabulous
Very happy, friendly staff and excellent facilities including underground secure parking (gor extra fee)
Liked: Very well equipped and clean, we paid for breakfast and it was superb
Great location, great shower, nice restaurant next door, decent bed. All you need for a good holiday
Liked: Great location next to the gondola, solid apartment and nice people
Disliked: We could hear the neighbours but that is not the hotels fault
Liked: The receptionist was very helpful and provided useful info at the entry. The rooms were clean. Wi-Fi worked without problems.
Disliked: The parking place is for cars of size Fiat Punto but if you have anything bigger, it is impossible to fit in the lines on the ground. Be aware that parking gate is opening against you, therefore do not park too close to it.
Excellent choice in Encamp
Liked: Space. Kitchen. Excellent breakfast. There was at least a fan (no air conditioning). Laundry in building at reasonable price. Low cost parking about 10 minutes walk away. Good location for restaurants and supermarkets (if you don't mind a walk back uphill). Right on a bus stop. Next to the cable car.
Disliked: Hotel parking extortionate. No Aircon. A tad outdated decor.
Cozy, clean, comfortable with great location and friendly staff
Liked: Very cozy and comfortable apartment, is much better in person than the photos provided. Great location with a small supermarket just a 3 min walk up the road. Also a Bus stop right on the door. Good Wifi, very clean, good heating. Staff very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend. We also had a fabulous view to the mountains. Also has a onsite shared laundry area however you must pay 2 euro per load.
Disliked: TV is all local channels in Catalan or French. Not smart tv. No Netflix or such. Fridge old school, the back had frost and kept freezing our food even in the lowest setting
Liked: The apartment is comfortable, warm, and right by the ski lift.
Disliked: The interior feels a bit worn and could use some cosmetic updates.
