A deeply disappointing stay
Liked: The location was convenient and the room itself small, but comfortable.
Disliked: Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Check-in took around an hour because the reception was completely overwhelmed and the hotel was very busy. However, the most serious issue happened during the night. I woke up to someone opening the door to my room and trying to come in. I had to start shouting before they stopped. I immediately called reception, but nobody answered. The next morning, I went to reception and was told that staff had mistakenly brought another guest to my room and given them access to it. Only after I confronted them about how serious this was did they properly acknowledge the incident and apologise. This was an extremely disturbing experience. Guests should be able to feel secure in their rooms.
