Very good
Wonderful, relaxing stay in a welcoming hotel and perfect location
Liked: Location was brilliant - we were pleased we decided to stay out of the main city centre. It was close to bus stops, cable car to the mountain, supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants, bars and laundromat. Food was fabulous, lounge area superb especially after a long day exploring but most of all the staff (especially the lounge staff) were magnificent. Spacious rooms including bathrooms, good amenities, and on-site parking fabulous.

Liked: Breakfast was decent, the SPA center was good (although it costs extra), and the rooms and beds were comfortable. Great location!
Disliked: The SPA is not included and costs around €14 per person per day.
Good to know
The spa costs EUR 14 per person per day. Spa opens from 15 to 17 hrs for children and from 17 to 21hrs for adults only.
Gala Dinner is not included in the room rate for stays on 31 December.
Please note that the only pets allowed are dogs. When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR15 per pet under 10kg per night applies. In case the dog is 10kg or more, the extra charge is EUR30 per pet per night instead. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. Dogs do not have access to the dining room.
From September 1 to November 30, we will be carrying out comprehensive renovation works in a specific area of the hotel that will affect 14 rooms. During this period, this area will remain completely closed and separated from the areas designated for our guests. The hotel's services, facilities, and common areas will operate normally. Due to the nature of the work, noise may occur during the renovation period.
