  Basic but adequate

  Liked: It is in a good location and spacious.

  Disliked: The oven and hob didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken.

  Liked: Close to ski station, nice and comfortable appartement with some working kitchen equipment.

  Disliked: Bought a frozen pizza and had the surprise that the oven was not equipped properly with tray and grill and best part it not heating. Had to use microwave to bake it.

  Had to book somewhere else due to lack of service and communication

  Liked: You booked one night there as we decided to stop for the night to break our trip. We were coming from luchon driving to Toulouse going through the mountains. The add specified that the front desk was closing at 8pm. We tried calling multiple times as we knew we wouldn’t arrive before the front desk closed and wanted to check if the keys could be left for us somewhere. You could get a hold of anyone and didn’t know what to do as we have to young kids and we’re scared to arrive there and no be able to enter the room for the night. We ended having to book somewhere else as we were scared to end up without any accommodation for the night. We emailed through booking.com to explain the situation and request the booking to be cancelled. Nobody got back to us, and we ended up having to pay full price even though the policy said we could cancel and get half the money back! Extremely poor service!

  Comfortable short stay

  Liked: Lovely comfortable apartment. Pictures do not do the place justice and it was much nicer than we expected. Clean and comfortable for a last minute one night stay in the summer.

  Disliked: You can hear the neighbours if they are loud as the apartment isn’t very soundproofed.
