  Bearable

  Liked: Flat is located just at the entrance to Grandvallira which is exceptional. Staff in the office was exceptional, friendly and helpful!!!:) Beautiful view from the window.

  Disliked: There's few things: 1.Thin walls and our neighbours were loud (I'll add that we also attended the same festival during our stay, but they were very loud in the morning after they returned in the hallways moving ladder etc..) 2.Dishes were dirty (probably cuz each guest stayed there washed them themselves and put away to ensure their deposit is paid back, and cleaners doesn't seems to check this afterwards) 3. No lockers for your skiing equipment, so you need to pay separately at the rental place. 4. Heater in the leaving room was doing a sounds every few minutes, wich was disturbing. 5. Bun beds were doing sounds with every movment, which was also disturbing. 6. Building is not secured as such, so anyone can enter it, also no monitoring system (we seen some drunk people sitting around and not looking like they were saying there.

  Frustrating experience. Will not go back!

  Liked: Location and view from the apartment was okay

  Disliked: The apartment was not clean (we found a condom underneath the sofa and it's probably still there). There is no ski locker and no balcony so we had to put our skis inside the apartment. There is a lot of noise in the building so a good night sleep is not one of the services this apartment offers. The landlord is not very friendly and not helpful. We contacted the landlord about the noise she said to buy some earplugs. The next day the noise because unbearable until 12am so I messaged her and sent a video and she said call the police. But we are guests and we didn't want to deal with that stress on our holiday. After 2hrs of chatting she finally called the police, but the next day she gave me a talk that next time I should call the police because she is losing sleep over me writing to her late at night. The noise continued so we really struggled to sleep for nights. We also told her that we need a ski locker and she said keep them in your room.
