  Liked: The most horrible stay ever

  Disliked: First, after a long and exhausting journey, you have to go to an office just to collect the key and sign documents. Then you are given cleaning rules that require you to clean the entire apartment yourself, remove all used linens and bed sheets, throw out all the rubbish on your own, and are threatened with a €150 fee if you don’t meet these conditions. If you fail, you don’t get your money back. Honestly, it’s ridiculous — I’m paying for accommodation, yet I’m expected to clean and take care of everything myself. So what exactly am I paying for? But that’s not all. After that, you have to search for the apartment, which is not marked anywhere, and no clear instructions are provided at check-in. You end up wandering the streets trying to find it. It took me over an hour just to locate the place. Even after finding the building, it was still a struggle to figure out which door was the right one. Finally, when you get inside — instead of relief — you are hit with a disgusting mold and sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which spreads throughout the apartment. Completely unacceptable.

  Great value for money and perfectly positioned for skiing

  Liked: It was quite close to our ski centre. We were literally 1 minute from the ski hire and storage shop
