  Worse room & never again in this place

  Liked: Location is very good

  Disliked: Rented non smoked room and room been given was stink smell of cigar. Room was a bit different from list picture been offer. The heating system was broken and I was struggling with room temperature. Reception give email directions on how to collect keys, however there is no sign at all to help. Expended 2 hrs trying to find the reception and was frustated. Staff was not answering the phone and after staff saw missed calls didn't apologise. From so many places I have been aroubd the world, the accomodation is my top 3 worse I have been on it. Never again in this place as i visite the same area 1 or 2 times a year.

  Liked: No está muy cuidado ni limpio. A la 1 de la madrugada había una fiesta al lado, y hasta que no llamamos a la recepción, no subieron a darles el toque. No hay wifi, estuvimos dos días incomunicados.
