Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: An exceptional hotel with outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and incredible attention to detail. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making for a truly relaxing stay. From check-in to departure, every member of staff went above and beyond to create a memorable experience.
Amazing breakfast
Liked: The breakfast was amazing
Disappointed
Liked: Spacious room.
Disliked: Noise from the bar. A very small garage for a few small cars. Had to park far away and there's no space for temporary parking in front of the hotel. The hallway walls should have been refurbished a while ago. Mediocre breakfast with sticky dining tables.
Great for Soldeu skiing!
Liked: Friendly staff, convenient location and large, functional rooms
Disliked: Noisy pub opposite until late
Value for money and very central. Buffet Breakfast and evening meal were value for money
Liked: Location for the gondola and everything on offer in Soldeu
Disliked: Unfortunetely the hotel is above a night spot that closes 4am and we had constant people shouting, singing outside which you could hear if you had a hotel room at the front
