  Very disappointing and misleading

  Liked: The scenery

Disliked: Very Disappointing and Misleading We booked three nights at Kione DeuSol but left immediately after arrival. Despite arriving during the stated reception hours, reception was closed and we had to call to find out that the keys were left in a mailbox. The apartment was cold, outdated, and did not match the description. There was no double bed as advertised, the furniture looked decades old, and the restaurant mentioned on Booking.com did not exist. We also discovered that all nearby parking was paid parking, which was not disclosed in the listing. We returned the keys and left the same day, ending up in a much better four-star hotel in town that cost less per night. Our refund request was refused, despite the misleading description and the fact that we never stayed in the apartment. We would not recommend this property

Liked: Location is great. Very close to the best walking paths on the mountain.

Disliked: Very old facilities, super squeaky and very uncomfortable beds, improper beddings, poor lighting and ventilation in the rooms, which appears as mold on the walls.

You get what you pay for. Good for budget option

Liked: Decent location and parking location.

Disliked: This Hotel expects you to wash bedsheets and threatened to take away deposit at end of stay. Having stayed at self accommodation apartments before I still find this unusual. The bathroom is also mouldy, there is a lack of Duvet or duvet covers (blankets provided only which had some stains).
