I was disappointed that the shower heads and bathroom handle were broken. Nobody came to fixed it

Disliked: The shower heads would not attach to the wall, bathroom handles were broken and there were not as many kitchen amenities as what our friends received having paid the exact same price for the exact same apartment. We called and asked that something be done about the showers and nobody ever came.

Liked: Hello! Our stay in El Tarter was absolutely wonderful — quiet, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We had seen this place during a previous trip and were truly impressed. This time, by pure chance, we ended up staying here — and couldn’t have been happier! The apartment was a dream: authentic design, peaceful gated area, and postcard-worthy views. Parking right next to the house was a big plus. Check-in was smooth and perfectly organized, even though we arrived during lunchtime when reception was closed — everything was clear and easy. The host had even turned on the heating before our arrival, so we walked into a warm, welcoming space. And as a lovely bonus — a raclette grill in the apartment! Perfect for a cozy Andorran dinner at home. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back! Best regards
