Fabulous
Liked: Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel.
Really enjoyed the hotel
Liked: Had a very nice stay at the Sport Hotel Village. We had two rooms, a mountain view room and a road view room. The mountain view rooms are excellent, and give a really good view of the 4 runs that arrive at the door of the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner are both buffet style, with freshly cooked items at both meals (eggs, bacon etc in the morning and local dishes in the evening). The range of food available is massive and I struggle to think of anyone not being happy with the food. There have been some reviews discussing the cost of the bar. Its 7E for a large beer and 4E for a coke; more expensive than Pas de la Casa down the road, but way cheaper than the Alps! Its described as ski in ski out; Yes it is, but its a little complex. The boot room is just outside the main door of the hotel, and then its a walk (entirely under cover) to the cable car - probably 75 metres. Ski in is either cable car from the top of the resort to the hotel, or ski down the 4 runs that come to the hotel and straight into the lift. Bathroom big, clean and loads of hot water. For me I really cant fault things. Yes the spa is a paid for extra, but we knew that before we went, so its not an issue. The hotel WIFI is excellent (big tick from the girls!)
20 years, and we are back
Liked: It's been 20 years since we had last stayed at the hotel and it was great then and still is now, if not even better. The location is ideal for the soldeu gondola. Service from all the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room we went for was a junior suite with mountain views. The breakfast and evening meal options are very extensive and delicious. There are so many options it is very hard to decide on what to have at times. There are great food options for young children too who might not be so adventurous.

Liked: We have just returned from a 5 night stay in the sport hotel village Soldeu. The hotel is great, offering a fantastic location and great amenities. Unfortunately once we had left the hotel we noticed a substantial amount of cash (£ Sterling) has gone missing from our luggage in what we thought was a secure and safe room. We have contacted the hotel only to be told “We will speak with housekeeping”. As you can imagine this has left us both pretty gutted. Myself and my Wife had been saying all week what a nice hotel and lovely experience it had been.
Good to know
We would like to remind you some information to consider before your arrival:
• We recommend you that all restaurants and services (activities outdoor/indoor, treatments and Spa circuit, Gym, Kids Club, etc) must be reserved, due to the limited capacity. If you do not make a reservation before your arrival at the hotel, you may not find availability, and you will not enjoy all the services Sport Hotel Resort & Spa offers you. • During the opening of Sport Wellness Mountain Spa, only Junior Suites and Suites have included is included 2 hours free daily consecutive access to the water circuit (exclusively for people over 13 years of age). Swimsuit and pool sliders are mandatory to access the water circuit. For the rest of rooms, please note that use of Sport Wellness Mountain Spa water circuit carries a surcharge variable per season. You can ask prices or complete your stay also by reserving treatment at Wellness Spa treatment. Ask Sport Wellness Mountain Spa: info@sportwellness.ad .Children less than 13th years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa and Gym. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult in both spaces. Swimsuit, flip flops and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit. • For children we have the Kids Club: 3 consecutive hours of daily free access to the program of activities and entertainment with advance reservation required, for children from 4 to 12 years old. Children under 4 years of age may reserve the service at an additional cost.
• Promotions are subject to availability and not cumulative.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Enjoy a gastronomic experience in our Restaurants Ibaya, Koy Hermitage, Glass Bar, Hermitage Tradició, Sol i Neu, Barbecue Sport, Tofana and The Villager ( restaurant opening according to season). Remind you that if they have allergies or intolerances, it is necessary that you tell us before making the reservations. * Please take note that the access to the Ibaya restaurant is from 8 years old.
• Ask us about our winter or summer Activities.
• Free Wi-Fi available throughout all the hotel (Also possible to contract payable Premium internet services in room)
•We can offer you shuttle service too , with high-level vehicles or/and helicopter (pre arrival mandatory reservation requested and available for an extra cost) .
• Check-in is after 3 pm, if they arrived earlier and had the room available, we would deliver it at no additional cost. Despite this we cannot guarantee that the room is ready before the set time.
• Hotel has no parking . Paid covered public parking in a nearby place (subject to availability. We cannot make pre-reservation. This parking does not belong to our property).
• Andorran tourist tax is 2.09€ per night/per person for the Sport Hotel Village. From 16 years old, up to 7 nights stay. This will be adjusted on your final bill to be paid at the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.
