  A perfect location and great common areas

  Liked: Perfectly hidden on a tree covered hill right next to the train/bus station. Great host and friendly guests. Warm temperatures throughout the building and inviting common areas. Wifi even worked on the balcony.

  Nice location, but all the others are just fine

  Liked: The location is excellent, just close to the train station

  Disliked: Although it’s close to the train station, you need to walk a cobblestone uphill road, if you carry a heavy luggage, that’s not a pleasant experience. In addition, the hotel is self check-in (I think), when we arrived, no one was at reception, no one answered the phone, waited for 1 hour to see people and check us in. The staff is not very welcoming though. The mattress is not comfortable at all, get back pain when waking up in the morning.

  Good location

  Liked: Self-check in and no staff on property after 4pm. Ok. Room was nice and big. Location is ideal for walking around town.

  Disliked: No meal service, but plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Some noise from nearby trains passing through.

  Great experience, highly recommend

  Liked: Beautiful place with great location. Literally next to the station, super convenient. There are coffee machine, soya milk, all kinds of tea bags supplied in the kitchen which is wonderful. And the kitchen view is soooo beautiful. Room is clean and tidy with a balcony. Check in and check out are convenient. The whole place in general feels very welcoming!

  Liked: self managing hotel, everything is nice, quite, kitchen with tea&snack facilities was a really nice addition, storage room for luggage is great

  1 star. Disappointing stay for the price point

  Liked: Very close to the railway station.

  Disliked: We stayed for three nights. Check-in was self-service using notes left at the reception desk. While we were later informed that staff are present until 3 PM, we did not encounter any staff during our stay, and our phone calls for assistance went unanswered. The room had several maintenance and comfort issues, including dated furnishings, an unstable shower head, no bathroom waste bin, no toiletries, and a bad smell. There were also mosquitoes in the room. On our third day, we placed the cleaning sign on the door as instructed, but the room was not properly serviced and the bed linens were not changed during our stay. At checkout, there was no staff present, so we left the keys ourselves at the reception desk. Given the rates charged, the lack of accessible on-site service, the housekeeping issue, and the unanswered calls made this stay fall well short of our expectations.
