Very good
A very pleasant stay
Liked: The staff, the location, and how clean everything was
Disliked: The main light in the room 104 used to turn of automatically after some while
Liked: Hotel is at the city Center
Disliked: My room was a bit outdated especially the bathroom
Liked: Very pleasant hotel with friendly stafff
Liked: Location
Disliked: I had requested a free cancellation approximately one month before my stay, but the hotel firmly refused, citing its cancellation policy. I accepted this and arranged my entire journey accordingly. However, on the very morning I was due to travel to Bregenz, the hotel suddenly messaged me offering to cancel the booking free of charge. By then, I was already in Munich and about to take the train to Bregenz, so the offer was completely pointless. Worse, it created unnecessary stress because I briefly worried that my reservation might be cancelled without my explicit confirmation during the busiest festival period. If flexibility was possible, it should have been offered when I first contacted the hotel—not on the morning of arrival. The inconsistency and poor timing were extremely frustrating.
