  A fantastic touch of family luxury

  Liked: The staff were lovely, the location is excellent, with ski rental just diagonally opposite, there's an underground garage so your car isn't on the street or iced up. Restaurant is excellent, get half board if you can afford it.

  Disliked: The swimming pool is a bit on the cool side - around 28-30°C which is chilly for some - and really a splash pool, not for doing lengths. Also, be aware that at least some of the balconies are shared, so you might have someone smoking outside your window.

  Great expectations fulfilled ❤️

  Liked: Incredibly delicious food at breakfast and dinner, kind and helpful staff. Very nice location, central and close to the cable car. The best kaiserschmarrn we ate in Austria.

  Excellent stay!

  Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent food! Not only diner and breakfast (both included) were excellent and treated with care (like a la cart) but also lunch and service on terras was very very good!

  Good but would choose other options in Ischgl

  Liked: Great food and waiting staff. Nice rooms and personal touches.

  Disliked: Location was good but there was some road noise. Our room was meant to have a view but the view was of the apartments opposite. Shame that you could not use the showers post check out as after a day skiing it would have been nice to have a shower before a drive home. Other hotels in Ischgl offer this so it’s something they should consider.
