Lovely apartment with misleading information by host

Liked: Peaceful, easy access and close to town

Disliked: We were originally put into an apartment which we hadn’t booked without a balcony and a seat available just off the car park through the communal hall. When we pointed out it was not the apartment in the photos we were told the photos were just examples of what we might have had but didn’t get. Then we were told we couldn’t be moved due to other bookings but when we put our foot down we were moved into the apartment with the balcony and more space as we had expected. Very disappointing and misleading. Be very careful to be sure what you book and save the photos to prevent being given a different apartment.

Great place to access the wonders of the Austrian countryside and enjoy the pleasures of Kitzbühel

Liked: The apartment was up a steep lane but walkable and the town was 15 minutes away on foot. We had a limited view from our bedroom window but the apartment was quiet and met all our needs. Anne, the manager, was on hand during the day to assist with keys and information.

Disliked: it would have been nice to have had a view but as were not in the apartment that much it wasn't a game changer.
