  Excellent facilities but area a little far from centre (30 mins walk)

  Liked: Rupert allowed us to check in early, which was very nice of him. Apartment is very well kitted out and made for a great base for us to ski at Kitzbuhel. Buses are frequent but the walk isn't far either. There are large supermarkets nearby too (NB, they close earlier than in the UK and don't open at all on Sundays).

  Felt like home

  Liked: Spacious and comfortable. Rupert thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. We were a family of 5 and everyone reported comfortable beds. TV had streaming options. Kitchen stocked with enough cookware to make meals.

  Disliked: It’s minor but lids for the pots.

  We will be coming back!!

  Liked: Absolutely perfect! Rupert was an accommodating and kind host, the house is beautiful and very comfortable, and it is very easy to catch the bus or drive 5’ into town. The saunas were a lovely bonus!

  Exceptional

  Liked: The property is well located near the town. We drove to the parking lot each morning and stored our skis at the rental place (Element3). The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and we loved how homey the apartment felt! Many thanks to Edeltraud and Rupert for the lovely stay.

  The home provided a wonderful home base for our family during our holiday in Kitzbuhel

  Liked: The home was spacious for our large family, with plenty of room to spread out. It is near supermarkets and the bus stop which is very convenient. Rupert was a super host and very responsive.

  Disliked: Minor detail, but wished there had been a few spices, even just salt and pepper. We didn’t do a great deal of cooking, so not a big deal.
