Great location great hotel great staff and owners

Liked: The building is well maintained and spotlessly cleaned. The rooms were cleaned every day and the balcony we had gave a great view.

Disliked: Not necessarily didn’t like but tea and coffee making facilities would be good. Also there was no air conditioning in the room but that was more of a problem due to the unexpected heat wave rather than as a fault of the building or the management.

Liked: Excellent location & breakfast! Good value for money.

Disliked: Only three parking spaces are in front of the house, other guests must park at the train station. Lady at the reception looked obviously unhappy with the job she has chosen and I felt very unwelcomed there.

Liked: The location was great. That there was a parking space available for us was super. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: A water kettle in the room for the first cup of coffee in the morning in solitude and privacy of our room would have been lovely. The room is very warm on hot days

Liked: Staff was incredibly helpful even left us coffee and a snack in our room as we had to leave at 4am for the airport on our last day. Perfect location, a few minutes walk from the gondola and the center of town. Delicious breakfast.

  Disliked: Everything was perfect!
