  It was okay

  Liked: The hotel has a perfect central location, and the train station is only a 6–7 minute walk away. The rooms are modern, recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and everything was well organized.

  Disliked: The breakfast was good but could have offered a wider selection and higher-quality products. The pool water was a little too cold for our liking, and we found the mattresses quite soft, although this is, of course, a matter of personal preference.

  Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooms are generous and well appointed. The spa area is also good and the breakfast was good.

  Disliked: What did concern us was that there was building going on opposite the hotel. While this did not disturb us too much - he was not as pleasant to sit on the outside as it could have been.

  very nice hotel, staff is possibly the most competent and professional I've ever encountered

  Liked: Staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Maybe the BEST breakfast set up I've ever had at a hotel. Spa and pool area was nice after a day of skiing.

  Disliked: Church Bells every morning at 7am... My room was very close so I got to hear all 150 rings (I counted)

  Absolutely magical

  Liked: What an amazing hotel. Great location, fabulous huge room with amazing mountain views. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We ate twice in the restaurant which served really nice food and again the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful with great choice. The pool and spa were spotless clean. It was a short walk to the gondola station and the skiing was superb.

  Disliked: Nothing. It was excellent.

  I would recommend this hotel. It is pricey but probably worth it

  Liked: Great location. Beautifully curated main areas and nicely decorated throughout. Spa and pool area clean. Staff all good.
