  A hidden gem in Kitzbühel

Liked: An exceptional guesthouse in Kitzbuhel. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and comfortable. The views from the room and the garden are amazing. The house is located a 15 minute walk to the center and it is in a very peaceful and quiet area. We would come back anytime. Thank you for the hospitality!

  Disliked: Wifi was very slow

Liked: Excellent location, very close to the main shopping district, 10 minutes walk to the bus stop from which you can take the ski bus to different lifts, but I you can even walk to the main one at the train station, which is great, as staying in most hotels people need to rely on provided shuttle service

  Exceptional

Liked: The hostess was very welcoming and helpful with local information. The breakfast was a nice variety of breads, cheese, meat, eggs and other things. There is a locker for skis and heated drying racks for boots and gloves. The location is close to town - 5 min drive or 15 min walk. The room was very comfortable and the property felt like a cozy home.
