  Thank you for wonderful stay …

  Liked: I liked the chalet — it’s beautiful, clean, relax and fully equipped. I like the Breakfast, yes that there aren’t many food options, but the dishes available are delicious and fresh. The staff was kind. The view was amazing also you can hike near to hotel.

  Disliked: During my stay in Oct the hotel itself closed, so nothing is open, not even the laundry service. the hotel is located up a steep hill, only accessible by car. I expected it to be closer to the center. The place feels a bit isolated and quiet since most facilities are closed.

  Disappointing

  Liked: Not sure it's worth the price we have paid. Nice Chalet for sure, nice amenities (spa) but the the shuttle and Taxi system is totally dysfunctional which is a problem as the Chalet is quite far away from the slopes so you have to wait a lot and freeze while the shittle is coming... or not And avoid the Massage: the therapist is simply too weak, has no energy (and is therefore not effective), spreads liters of oil on your body... Nice staff at the restaurant.

During the closing time of the Tennerhof (April+Mai & Oktober) guests can still use the pool and sauna area - opening hours of the front desk during closing time 8 am to 6 pm.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
