  cozy stay within 30min walk of Kitzbühel center

  Liked: Cozy livingroom with fireplace and nice little kitchen to spend time when the weather isn’t good, all the details that made it so. Barbara was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay

  Perfect getaway

  A lovely base from which to go skiing

  Liked: Quiet location, great size living space and very workable and functional kitchen. Heating was excellent for drying ski gear and washed clothes. Lovely garden area (even for mid winter) and watching the multitude of birds feeding in the morning was delightful. The host, Barbara,being a local, had a lot of local knowledge and was extremely helpful towards our family.

  Disliked: Probably needed instructions earlier as to how to regulate the heating. It did get a bit overly warm from time to time. It’s also just a little bit too far away from the closest ski lift to be able to comfortably walk in ski boots carrying skis. The good news is that it’s only a couple of minutes in the car and parking beside either of the ticket offices is only 14 Euros per day.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay in this cozy home. Everything we needed was there. It was warm inside the house despite the cold weather outside. We felt very comfortable, just like our own home. Scenery was beautiful. We had a lovely walk by the lake nearby. Barbara was very nice and helpful. She messaged us beforehand on how to reach their place. She checked on us when we got lost and patiently guided us to find their place. Hospitality was amazing. We wish to come back to this place and we highly recommend staying here.
