  Comfortable and clean rooms in a central location

  Liked: Great location, central, easy to walk to the river, pier and some great restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to the main station. Bus stops are also within walkable distance. Very spacious room, rustic and in theme with the place. Clean and comfortable. Great amenities in the room as well to support basic cooking.

  Disliked: The window blinds were slightly inaccessible if you were below average height. Nothing else apart from that.

  Liked: Lovely place, great and quiet location

  Disliked: Unfortunately runned by one of those arbnb companies so don’t expect any individual approach or help ig needed. Not even possible to check in 10 min earlier cause it’s all that automated that you won’t receive the access code. Further more you’re obligated to send a photocopy of your documents to be able to accommodate,which is in fact illegal and contradicts GDPR legislation

  Liked: The HW in the hotel is good such as kitchen and bathroom.

  Disliked: The housing keeping forgot to take out the bathroom garbage from previous guest, it is not very pleasent to see that

  Good overall but problem wasn't solved

  Liked: Location was the best for us also wifi was fine and code to unlock doors is awesome. Beds were too soft. But best tip is to check equipment in the room because there were no kitchen stuff at all only two cups for drinking.

  Disliked: Customer service was misleading in our problem that we had - we needed to exceed booking but there wasn't room that we had before so we had to get another one for higher price and they told us they will solve it like we don't have to get out of the building with all our stuff so we we were happy but then they didn't execute it so we were charged more, had less and even trouble with moving all of our stuff away and then back again

  Reasonable price, location not most convenient

  Liked: Spacious, clean and comfortable room; convenient access to bus to Wachau Valley

  Disliked: Poor instructions to gain code entry, no elevator access/directions, unfinished brick floors were really harsh and a bit uneven without wearing shoes in the room, long walk to train station; about 30-30 min walk to restaurants, sights, shops in Krems

  Liked: Everything was perfect except one thing - the pillows. Otherwise - modern, clean, charming, functional, great work.

  Disliked: Pillows are just horrible - low and soft. This should be tackled so that it doesn't spoil this lovely place.
