Liked: Super friendly host. New and clean building and rooms. Nice location in Zug.
You’ll never want to leave
Liked: Burgis is fantastic- it’s the best place I’ve stayed in Austria. It’s modern, clean, comfortable and Burgis goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. It’s close to fantastic restaurants, quiet walking trails/cross country skiing and direct access to the Zug gondola. The sauna feels like a mini spa with views of the alps, day beds for relaxing and tea/snacks. It’s a family run hotel and very small so it feels intimate and special. Breakfast is fantastic, made to order each morning.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is that if you want to be in the center of the action, this isn’t the place for you. It’s a quiet retreat where one can soak in the beauty of the Alps.

Liked: Burgi's is home away from home. Service is great and personal. There is a nice cosy livingroom and the rooms have great views, are very clean with an eye for detail. Lovely and tasteful breakfast. We visited for the 3rd time!
Unexpected quiet gem of a hotel with an anmazing host, easy access to lifts and to Lech
Liked: Excellent breakfast, made to order, good variety of items to choose from. Burgi was a fantastic host, able to accommodate all sorts of things on the fly and even able to forward on a package for me that did not arrive in time
