  Liked: We stayed as a family in a two-bedroom unit. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully designed—simple yet upscale—with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel staff were professional and friendly, doing everything to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended. Great location for sightseeing.

  Best spot we stayed our whole trip

  Liked: Amazing! The place was everything we hoped it would be! The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable, from having preordered food waiting for us outside our door in the morning, to books and notes of where to explore. They really made us feel welcomed! The location was perfect to all the activities too!

  Very pleasant stay for both summer or winter holiday

  Liked: A really very nice apartment with some hotel facilities such as an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and we can see ourselves come back in the winter for a ski holiday. The owners family will make sure that nothing is missing and they will make sure to have a great time at their place.

  Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like is that we had to leave after 6 days

  Perfect Place to Stay!

  Liked: We loved everything about the amazing and lovely Chalet Anna Maria! It was the perfect base for our adventures around Lech. We could walk everywhere from its central location: to the stores, the sights, the trails, and the trams. Our apartment was immaculate, well-laid out, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for our stay and more (loved the fresh rose and nice welcome card that greeted us!). Sofia and her mother and father were incredible and attentive hosts. For just one example, Sofia went out of her way to map out great day hikes and she helped us find local dairies to sample Austria's amazing mountain cheeses. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Good to know

In some apartments, no baby/children/extra beds are possible - even if you bring your own!

In some units, children are only allowed from the age of 4 - please check and comply with the specifications before booking!

Check in: possible until 10 p.m. free of charge later check in up to 1 a.m. - a fee will be charged - please call after 8 p.m. on arrival (no 24-hour service).

Check out apartment: 9 a.m. - free parking on the day of arrival/departure.

Please inform Chalet Anna Maria in advance if you arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please be advised that if you damage anything within our property you will be liable to pay for the damages. If something is broken or damaged unintentionally please inform front desk at once.

Please note that a sauna is only available in the winter.

Cots and Child beds are available by request in "One-Bedroom Apartment (2 Adults)".This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
