  Pet-friendly in principle, but the experience could be more welcoming during breakfast

  Liked: Great location, with lovely walks along the Danube River with our dog. Easy access to the highway, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that we could stay with our dog and enjoy breakfast together in the breakfast room. When we arrived for breakfast, we were greeted pleasantly. However, we were then instructed to choose a table away from other guests, rather than simply being shown where we could sit. Although we were able to enjoy breakfast with our dog, the way this was communicated left us feeling rather unwelcome, as though our presence might be a problem. We completely understand that hotels need to consider the comfort of all guests. However, if dogs are welcome in the breakfast room, the hotel should have a clear and consistent approach to accommodating them, including during busy periods when seating options may be limited. Perhaps designated pet-friendly tables or simply more thoughtful communication would make the experience more comfortable for everyone. We appreciated being able to travel and stay with our dog, and hope this feedback helps the hotel make its pet-friendly hospitality feel genuinely welcoming.

  Great place for a short stay—and probably much longer

  Liked: The hotel met all expectations, with the added bonus of a great view of the Danube.

  Disliked: Although the hotel is located in a Buisiness/office park, free parking options were very limitted.

  Nice hotel with good location, but parking is expensive

  Liked: Nice hotel with a view on the river.

  Disliked: If you arrive by car you will need to pay 18€/day for parking, because there is only a few place available on the street.

  Liked: location is nice, parking is convenient with elevator in the garage to your floor. Food is good in the main restaurant. Air-conditioning is nice.

  Disliked: We booked two rooms and they were both very dusty. All around the room we saw sticky fingerprints. The check-in took a while to be completed because of the staff. The girl there looked lost, confused and useless.
