  Liked: Fantastic location, great place to stay. The breakfast provided was one of the best I’ve ever had.

  Disliked: Despite booking details being under Mr, every communication from the hotel came as Mrs - raised this with the hotel but they still continued to do so. Also not made clear that the check in is at the hotel just down the street from this one.

  Friendly staff and excellent BREAKFAST!

  Liked: Room old but spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent. Staff Super friendly and helpful. Joana helped us to find three hiking trails when we found out that Olperer Hütte was not open.

  Disliked: I took a shower in the morning, but it took a long time until it became hot. It was not a big deal, but I felt like wasting water.😔

  Nice apartment in a good location

  Liked: We rented the 3 bedroom apartment in a separate building to the main hotel. It was much larger than we were expecting with plenty of space for a family of 4 adults. It was nice to have a separate dining table in the kitchen area and it had everything we needed for a five night stay. There's an added bonus of a good supermarket undernearth the apartment block.

  Disliked: The pilows were too thin and there wasn't really a comfy sofa to relax on at the end of the day and watch TV.

  Very happy stay and will definitely stay there again

  Liked: We stayed at Hau’s Andrea’s but we can go to the main building for breakfast, roof top spa and jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly, good service and we felt very warm welcomed. Especially Valena. Very helpful and cheerful to us everyday. Food is delicious. The jacuzzi is the strongest I have ever experienced in any ski resort, which helps our recovery after a whole day snowboarding.

  Disliked: Northing, except would like to see Charlie, the house Labrador, more often. 😜 Only see him 2 times.
